These terms govern your access to and use of WealthWallah. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What WealthWallah provides
WealthWallah provides educational calculators, projections and planning views based on information and assumptions supplied by you. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed as the product develops.
2. Not financial, investment, tax or legal advice
Outputs are illustrations, not recommendations, guarantees or promises of returns. They do not consider every personal circumstance, market event, tax rule or product term. You remain responsible for financial decisions and should consult a suitably qualified professional where needed.
3. Assumptions and accuracy
Results depend on your inputs and model assumptions, including inflation, returns, salary growth, interest rates and timing. Actual outcomes can differ materially. You should review assumptions, verify important calculations independently and update inputs when circumstances change.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. If account access is offered, you are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in method and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You may use WealthWallah for lawful personal planning. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer protected parts, impersonate another person, misuse another person's data, or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Your information
You retain responsibility for information you enter. You give WealthWallah permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential credentials or information you are not authorised to use.
7. Intellectual property
The WealthWallah name, logo, interface, original content and underlying software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership.
8. Availability and termination
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse, legal compliance or discontinuation. You may stop using the service and clear local profile data at any time.
9. Third-party services
The service may depend on hosting, authentication, database or other third-party providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. WealthWallah is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthWallah is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on an estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law, disputes will be subject to the competent courts where the operator is legally established in India.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The revision date will be shown above. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
