1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies when you use the WealthWallah website, calculators, planning dashboard, profile, and connected financial-life simulator. WealthWallah is designed for users in India.

2. Information we process

• Profile details you enter, such as age, household information and planning horizon.
• Financial inputs you enter, such as income, expenses, savings, loans, goals, rates and assumptions.
• Account details supplied by the sign-in provider when you choose to sign in, such as your name, email address and account identifier.
• Basic product-usage events needed to understand whether important flows work, such as starting or completing a calculator. The current preview keeps these events on your device.
• Technical information ordinarily handled by hosting and security infrastructure, such as request time, browser information, IP address and error logs.

3. Why we process it

• To run the calculators and show your connected projections.
• To save and restore your plan when you ask us to do so.
• To maintain security, diagnose errors and improve usability.
• To respond to privacy requests and comply with applicable law.

We do not connect to your bank account. We do not sell your financial data. We do not use your financial inputs for advertising.

4. Where information is stored

When you use WealthWallah without signing in, your profile and calculator inputs are stored in your browser's local storage on that device. If account saving is enabled and you choose to sign in, a copy may be stored with our database and authentication service so it can be restored for that account. The development database is configured in Mumbai, but hosting, authentication, security, support, and service-administration data may be processed outside India. WealthWallah is not currently an India-only system. See the Data Location page for the current posture.

5. Retention

Device data remains until you reset your WealthWallah profile, clear site data in your browser, or remove it through browser settings. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for security, recovery, disputes or legal obligations. Technical logs are retained only for the operational period set by the relevant service provider.

6. Sharing, processors and transfers

We may use hosting, authentication, database and error-monitoring providers only to deliver and secure WealthWallah. They may process information under their own contractual and legal obligations, including outside India where applicable. We do not share financial inputs with advertisers, data brokers or social networks. Production processor and transfer details will be verified before account saving is opened publicly.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to a development-stage service. No online system can promise absolute security. Do not enter bank passwords, card PINs, OTPs, account numbers, Aadhaar numbers or other credentials into any WealthWallah field.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to a summary of personal data, correction, completion, erasure, withdrawal of consent where applicable, grievance redressal, or nomination of another individual to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity. The Privacy Centre lets you download, correct, and delete device data, withdraw optional analytics, save a device nomination, and review recent self-service privacy actions. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

9. Children

WealthWallah is intended for adults managing household finances. It is not directed to children, and children should not create accounts or submit personal data. Goal labels concerning a child do not require the child's name or identity.

10. Cookies and similar storage

The current preview uses necessary browser storage for profile continuity and preferences. Optional product-flow measurement is off unless you allow it, remains on your device in the current preview and does not include financial input values. We do not use advertising cookies. 11. Grievance and privacy requests

During the private preview, privacy requests are handled directly through the channel used to grant access. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 7 days, resolve them within 30 days where reasonably possible, and respond no later than 90 days after receipt. See the Contact page for the process. A dedicated, verified grievance email and responsible contact will be published before public launch.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers or law changes. The date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the product where appropriate.
